Meet The Team
Niraj Ratnalikar
Founder
From childhood until post graduation (at the age of 24), I maintained a normal body shape and weight.
Upon entering the workforce, I faced numerous health challenges such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, as well as heart issues like angina, tachycardia, indigestion, and hyperacidity. This was primarily due to weight gain resulting from demanding work hours, consuming unhealthy meals, lack of physical activity, and a profound lack of knowledge about nutrition, calories, and exercise.
The turning point came during my annual company check-up, where I was diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, and various heart-related issues. I was taken aback by the realization that my body needed external medication to manage blood pressure and sugar levels.
After receiving advice from doctors to lose weight, cut out junk food, and start exercising, I turned to random methods found on the internet, leading to negative outcomes such as injuries, muscle loss, weakness, and increased hunger.
In the search for solutions, I attempted Ayurveda and naturopathy treatments for six months, but failed to achieve significant results.
Upon switching jobs and relocating to Gujarat, a friend showed me their own successful transformation and suggested the right approach to weight loss.
This marked the beginning of my transformation journey through a scientific program, teaching me that weight loss isn’t solely dependent on calories in and out, but also on nutrition, exercise, wellness evaluation, and stress management.
By making changes in my food choices, activity levels, and monitoring my parameters, I experienced significant improvements in energy levels, bowel movement, and sleep in just three days. Additionally, I lost 1 kg, which was a game-changing result for me.
Embracing a healthy and active lifestyle, I shed 20 kgs in just 100 days. To my surprise, not only did I experience a decline in health issues such as hypertension and diabetes, but my doctor also noted positive changes in my health.
This personal transformation inspired me to help others facing similar health challenges within my family, paving the way for my journey as a wellness coach.
Aakanksha Ratnalikar
Co-Founder
I used to work in a bank before transitioning to the wellness sector. The stress and long hours of my previous job caused me to gain weight and experience various health issues such as fatigue, body aches, vitamin deficiencies, low energy, and mental fog. Despite consulting doctors, going to the gym, and seeking help from a dietician for six months, I didn’t see any improvement. This led me to research about health, exercise, and most importantly, eating habits. I learned that our diet plays a significant role in our overall wellness, alongside regular exercise. In 2018, I made a commitment to focus on my wellness. I completely changed my lifestyle by altering my eating habits, monitoring my calorie intake, tracking my nutrition (macros & micros), and incorporating regular exercise while prioritizing quality sleep.
After 90 days, the changes were remarkable – my energy levels increased, my mood improved, my sleep quality enhanced, and I no longer craved junk food. I also lost 6 kilos of fat and started leading a healthy and active lifestyle.
These exceptional results prompted me to think about the health of my family, relatives, friends, and society as a whole. I realized that many people are struggling with health issues today. This motivated me to pursue a comprehensive understanding of wellness and become certified by the American Society for Nutrition. Since December 2018, I have helped over 1000 individuals achieve a healthy and active lifestyle. My life’s purpose is to facilitate the well-being and happiness of others.
